Pricing & Payments
Is a deposit required for your services?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental or wedding planning service amount is required to reserve your date.
How much do your rentals cost?
Pricing varies by item and collection. Our goal is to provide affordable, well-curated décor that costs less than buying new while maintaining a polished, high-quality look.
What is included in the rental price?
Rental pricing includes use of the item for your event date. Delivery services are available for an additional fee.
How much does your planning services cost?
Wedding & event planning and coordination services are offered separately from rentals. Packages are customized based on the level of support needed. Please inquire for availability and detailed pricing.
When is final payment due?
Final payment is due 10 days prior to the event unless otherwise arranged.
What happens if an item is damaged or missing?
Clients are responsible for rented items from delivery or pickup through return. Normal wear is expected; significant damage or missing items may result in a replacement fee.
General & Booking
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Shawnee, Oklahoma and primarily serve the Shawnee area and surrounding towns. Travel outside our standard service area may include a delivery fee.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as soon as your date and venue are secured. Popular items and collections book quickly, especially during peak wedding seasons. Items booked less than 14 days may require a 15% late booking fee.
Do you have a minimum rental amount?
At this time, there is no minimum rental amount. Delivery services may have minimums depending on location and scope.
Are items rented individually or in collections?
Both. Items may be rented individually or as part of curated collections designed to create a cohesive look and simplify planning.
Can I book both rentals and wedding planning through you?
Absolutely. Many of our clients choose to combine our curated rental collections with planning or coordination services for a seamless experience. Planning services are offered separately and tailored to your event needs.
Design Assistance & Customization
Do you offer décor consultations?
Yes! We provide complimentary styling guidance with your rental booking. We’re happy to help you select pieces from our collections to ensure your event feels cohesive and beautifully curated.
Can you help me choose décor that fits my theme or colors?
Absolutely. We assist with selecting rental pieces that complement your vision, color palette, and venue while staying within the scope of our available inventory.
Do you offer customized or personalized items?
Some items may be customized with vinyl or color accents. Availability depends on the item and timeline.
Can items in a collection be swapped?
In many cases, yes. We strive to offer flexibility so your décor feels personal while maintaining a cohesive look.
Do you provide mockups or inspiration photos?
We offer styled photos and collection examples on our website to help you visualize how pieces work together. For more hands-on planning and coordination support, please inquire about our wedding planning services.
Changes & Cancellations
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Cancellations made within 10 days of the event may result in forfeiture of all payments made.
Can I add or remove items after booking?
We will do our best to accommodate changes based on availability and timeline. Additional items are subject to availability, and reductions may not be permitted within 10 days of the event.
What if my event date changes?
We will make every effort to transfer your reservation to a new date, subject to availability. A transfer fee may apply depending on the timeline and scope of changes.
Delivery, Setup & Timing
Do you offer delivery and setup?
We offer pick-up and delivery services. Delivery pricing is based on location, venue access, and quantity of items. Setup and teardown services are not included with rental-only orders. However, setup support may be available for clients who book wedding planning or coordination services.
How long is the rental period?
Standard rentals include pick-up the day prior to your event and return the day after your event. Extended rental periods may be available upon request and are subject to availability.
